and copies it in ‘negative’ form -
The RNAP then moves to the next nucleotide [A] and copies that in ‘negative’ form [U]
The RNAP then moves to the next nucleotide [C] and copies that in ‘negative’ form [G]
The RNAP moves along the opened DNA strands, copying the nucleotides one by one as it does so
