The amino acid chain [M & S & L] is released by the tRNA carrier and it is joined to the amino acid, GLUTAMINE [G] with a peptide bond.

The TRNA docks. The Anti Codon [GUC] checks the codon on the mRNA [CAG]. Once it has been certified, the Sat Nav detaches and heads back to the depot for a further ‘amino acid’ load

This process of reading, translating, transporting, checking and joining continues, codon by codon.
