The amino acid chain [M & S & L] is released by the tRNA carrier and it is joined to the amino acid, GLUTAMINE [G] with a peptide bond.
The TRNA docks. The Anti Codon [GUC] checks the codon on the mRNA [CAG]. Once it has been certified, the Sat Nav detaches and heads back to the depot for a further ‘amino acid’ load
This process of reading, translating, transporting, checking and joining continues, codon by codon.
mRNA
The next codon CAC codes
for the amino acid
HISTIDINE
The next codon GCA codes
for the amino acid
ALANINE
The next codon UUC codes
for the amino acid
PHENYLALANINE
Adding these three amino acids, one by one, will make the chain look like this ...
